Terms and Conditions

Extra Cost

No hidden cost or extra cost like Boarding, Traveling, Lodging, Out-door expenses and communication at the time of Installation and Training and also during annual maintenance contract.

Purchase Order

Order to be placed on "Real Softeck Private Ltd., SIRSI".

Validity of Offer

15 days from the date of our quotation.

Delivery

Within 3 days from the date of your confirmed order.

Payment Terms

100% advance payment made at the time of order placement.

Tax / Levy

If the transactions covered by this offer is subject to any variation of tax / levy, the society / souhardha shall reimburse to Real Softeck (P) Ltd., Sirsi, its liability for payment of such tax / levy payable in respect thereof.

Warranty

Real-Banker application software comes with warranty support of One-year (12 calendar months). Warranty of Software implemented will commence from the date of product installation.

Post Warranty

Subsequent to the expiry of the warranty, the Society may opt for an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) with RSPL, for Application Software supplied to cover any malfunctions and ensure smooth operation of the deliverables.

Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) shall be charged Rs. 10,000/- per year. Terms and Conditions are set and active as per AMC.

Service

During the period of warranty RSPL shall provide free offsite or remote service. RSPL agrees to fix / remedy any bugs (errors) that may found or apparent in the supplied product.

Service Support

Multi-modal help desk for technical and end-user support. Telephone / Cell support, Internet / Intranet, Email support. Fax support, Pre-defined / committed response times. Support services provided by qualified personnel with comprehensive understanding on the functionality of the application.

Document Printing

Pass Book, Share Certificate, Fixed Deposit Receipts, Cash Certificate Receipts activation and pre-printed stationery setup is made available within 90 days from the date of product installation. Charges applied after 90 days.

Pigmy Machine

Pigmy machine configuration and porting software shall be charged extra if required.

Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure of Information

All Deliverables as well as information including advice, recommendation, observations and comments transferred by RSPL to its client will be for the sole and exclusive use of its clients.

Deliverables

The deliverables related to the product will consist of the following

1 – Executable version of "Real-Banker" Bronze Ver.2.(Soft copy. One No.)

2 – Real-Banker Installation Manual (Hard Copy. One No.)

3 – Real-Banker User's Manual (Hard Copy. One No. Kannada, and Soft Copy integrated in the product in English)
